Richardson’s extensive leadership experience spans acute and post-acute care including clinical program development, performance improvement, and system wide education design and facilitation of acute and chronic care management for nephrology, pulmonology, oncology, neuroscience, bariatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, and general surgery. 

Board-certified Urologist, Co-Founder and Serial Inventor.

35 years of successful operating experience in medical device companies ranging from privately held entrepreneurial firms to both public and private middle-market companies.

Led the transformation of IRMC from a community hospital to full-service medical center with more than 300 affiliated physicians representing 41 specialties.

Dr. Windsperger prides himself on staying on the forefront of adopting new technologies and gaining advancement in continued education for the benefit of his patients while building ongoing trust as a care provider.

Over 35 years of medical device sales, sales management and marketing experience with companies ranging in size from small privately-held entrepreneurial start-ups to major publicly-held corporations.

He is experienced in Product Development and FDA/ISO Design Control requirements for medical products.

Serial entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the development of emerging growth technology-based companies.

Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Company’s corporate identity, which includes marketing materials, product packaging, website, and trade show displays.
